The following general terms and conditions of trade apply to the purchase order and to the delivery of goods the customer orders by means of internet online-shopping, telephone or fax.

The contract is reached by the customers order and its acceptance by Relax Europe, subsequent delivery and expiration of the 14-day period during which the customer is entitled to return the goods.

The customer can order online, filling-in the provided internet order procedure or by telephone. Relax Europe will accept the order, sending the customer a confirmation by e-mail.

Relax Europe will reserve its proprietary rights on any purchased good until the customer has fully paid the purchase price for the good, as well as for all further goods booked through the same order.

Relax Europe only ships to Europe!

Payment and Shipping Fees
Since 01 January 2002 all prices refer to EUR (€). They include 19% German Value Added Tax.

Relax Europe will ship the ordered goods against payment in advance (bank-transfer).

Since July 2003 money transfer within euro-countries is free. You just need to use IBAN and also SWIFT (=BIC. More information you'll get in the confirmation mail of your orderl).

We help the customer with the shipping fees. We pay EUR 5-7 per order and only charge a 10 EUR share of the shipping fees!
Exception: Stands ordered from the German Shop (Please ask us for the shipping fees).

Delivery times (not binding)
Relax Europe will deliver immediately on receipt of the remittance. Delivery times by post to foreign countries inside Europe take 7 - 10 days.

Warranty
The warranty corresponds to the legal regulations. Further information is to be inferred from the product descriptions.

Right of Revocation
Relax Europe grants the customer the right to return ordered goods within 14 days after receipt.
If the customer returns the goods within the 14-day term, this will be considered as admissible revocation of the purchase contract. To meet the 14-day term it is sufficient to return the goods in time. It is not necessary to give any reason for the return. Payments already made will be reimbursed to the customer by Relax Europe within three days after receipt of the returned goods. Hammocks manufactured to the customer's specifications and clearly tailored for individual needs are excluded from the right of return.
In case goods are culpably destroyed, damaged or depreciated in value through use by the customer or a person attributed to him, he has to compensate Relax Europe for the good's value or for its depreciation in value.

Data Protection
The data necessary for the handling of business will be computer-stored. All personal data will be kept in confidence and will not be transmitted.
As far as it can validly be agreed upon between the contract partners, place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Munich.

Validity
Relax Europe's offer remains valid until 31 December 2003.
