Shipping fees
As a rule the shipment of a hammocks costs at least EUR 15.
We only charge you a EUR 10 share of the shipping fees!
Exception: Stands ordered from the German Shop (Please ask us for the shipping fees).

Delivery Times
Relax Europe will deliver as a rule within 3 days on receipt of the remittance. Delivery times by post to foreign countries inside Europe take 7 - 10 days.

Ordering
The first step in the order procedure is to "add a product to your shopping cart". You can return after each step. You can order more than one product adding each product singularly to the cart and then go back to the shop with "return". You can remove any product from the cart with "remove". At the end, when you have entered your data, you will receive the following message:

You'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail with informations about your payment in advance (bank-transfer).
Please check the confirmation. In case of any errors or if you want to change your order, please send us an e-mail.

If you don't receive this message and the immediate order confirmation, your order was not successful.
Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen for several reasons. Please make sure to wait long enough until the system has carried out the task.

Then please remit the money indicating your order number which you will find in the order confirmation. Please also indicate your name and place of residence on the remittance slip.

Make sure that "all remittance fees will be charged on the remitter's (your) account".

The German shop offers more than 100 products, some of which are stands for hammocks and hammock-chairs. We ship all products from the German shop to foreign countries inside Europe. The shipment of stands, however, is very expensive.

If you want to order products from the German shop, please make an online-order there and, regarding the shipping fees, in any case wait for the second order confirmation.
